We are located in Wagoner County, on the Rucker Ranch, a dedicated beef operation. We are about 30 miles southeast of Tulsa in Stone Bluff, Oklahoma.

strolling a dirt roadIt all started as a hobby in 1991 with a few cattle, and soon became a healthy thriving herd. It’s grown into a passion and includes the whole family, Papaw, Dad, and even grandchildren. Much bigger now all these years later, but still as enjoyable as ever. At the beginning, we would have an animal processed and load up our freezer once in a while for our personal beef. We quickly realized how much better this naturally raised beef tasted, and how much better it was for us and our family, so we stopped buying beef in stores all together. That’s when this all started to catch on. Family and friends tried it and wanted the beef for themselves. So, we would raise a few more, and naturally, the word began to travel fast.

check out my sandalsOur aim is simple and our commitment is strong. Our goal is to provide families like yours with an all natural alternative to store-bought beef. Now, we don’t sell thousands of pounds of meat per month. We’re small, and we plan to stay that way, so you are guaranteed that each package and each customer gets personal attention. We usually only prepare about 800 pounds of packaged meat per month. With current customers ordering an average of 75 pounds each, you can see how that doesn’t last long. Sometimes, there is a wait, but it’s worth it. We rely on limited advertising, transport all of the products ourselves and eliminate the middle-man. This all helps to keep our costs low, thus passing the savings onto you! Since 1998 we have been providing customers all over this great state with the finest all-natural, locally raised and processed beef. All of our animals are Black Angus and are both born and raised on our property. None of our animals receives any form of hormone, steroid, anti-biotic, animal by-product, or anything else that artificially stimulates growth, EVER! This makes a huge difference in the final product. The two big differences are the quality of the meat and the way it tastes. Quality is determined mostly by the breed of the animal and the manner in which it is raised. Taste is determined by the combination of the quality of the beef and the preparation methods.

rucker ranch brandThe beef we market comes directly from our ranch to your freezer, giving us complete control and ensuring you complete satisfaction in your purchase. Each animal is hand selected, based on overall health and size. They are grass-fed and grain finished for a minimum of 16 weeks prior to processing, giving them maximum tenderness when they reach your doorstep. We typically process at a light, but full, 1000 pounds. Furthermore, no one handles our beef except us and our processor.
